1 Restaurants and Shopping
One of Hua Hin’s main strengths is its wide variety of services like exceptional shopping centers and great restaurants. Domestic Thai tourists keep high the level of Hua Hin’s seafood restaurants, and western food is well represented, too. Hua Hin has many good Italian restaurants, and there are even a few great French ones!
Hotels in Hua Hin are some of the best in Thailand. Hotels have especially invested in their spacious and cozy swimming pools. In particular, Hyatt Regency Hua Hin has a great swimming pool that winds amidst lush gardens.
In addition to the larger hotels there are several small and stylish boutique inns, such as Let’s Sea Hua Hin Al Fresco Resort.
Hua Hin is one of Thailand’s best if not the best golf destination. There are a dozen golf courses each better than the other just fifteen minutes away from the town center.
Hua Hin is the spa capital of Thailand. The constant flow of Thai customers from nearby Bangkok has kept the quality of the treatments high. Thailand’s most mind-boggling spa is The Barai, which architecture is inspired by the temples of Angkor and Moroccan palaces.
Hua Hin is close to excellent day trip destinations. Memorable place, for example, is Pala-U waterfall in the midst of a green jungle. On the way back from the waterfall you are almost guaranteed to see wild elephants roaming on the jungle road at late afternoon.
Sam Roi Yot National Park, on the other hand, has beautiful limestone mountain scenery and you can hike to the otherworldly beautiful Cave of the Kings.
